There's a fine line between being confident, and being arrogant. One makes you feel like you can rule the world, the other makes you look like a total douchebag.
I shouldn't be a keyboard warrior and blast-fiend people without having any face-to-face confrontation. I should be sensible, give you a gentle tap on the shoulder and tell you how everyone thinks you're being a really big show off, and also help guide you to be even better than you are.
Disclaimer : You're pretty good, but not as good as you think you are. Sorry.
It's quite ironic though, how you always be on stage and present yourself to a variety of audience but never see you're presenting yourself to your peers and seniors a like.
Of course, you have your good points too. And I really do see myself in you, your dreams, your passion, how you struggle with your parents in pursuing this dream we both have in common.
I know I'm not good, I know I haven't received any formal training, but really, don't underestimate anyone before seeing what they can do :)
If you read this, talk to me. I would be glad to give you a thorough run through. With the best thought in mind, of course. We're all here to learn, to grow and to improve. And the first step? Be humble.
