Well... it was finally 3.10pm, which means school's over! I followed Avelin to a little shop next to Zakaria( Indian food restaurant) . Meet up with Melanie and she wanted me to help her collect the roti canai for her cause she's in a hurry to tuition. So ok...Avelin and I were waiting for the canai when, a bunch of boys entered the restaurant, long-pants and short-pants.... and this is what i saw...
Well, that bunch of boys got seated and what caught my attention was, a short pants boy, probably still a junior, asking for something from the indian guy sitting at the counter... the counter guy kinda shook his head and...the boy walked away looking for something...in his hand..held a cigarette...yes ladies and gentlemen, a cigarette...and an old Malay guy saw the boy is in need and borrow a ligther... the short pants boy scurry back to the pack...
I really got bad tempered when i see this scene... It really hurts... as students.... why must students get bad influenced by the outside world? It's wrong! Smoking, drug addiction, fighting, forming gangs, becoming gangsters...WHY!? Do they think that these things are somewhat cool? I dont think so...who's it to blame? I dont know.. Parents? Teachers? Friends? School? Life? It's a big possibility...
I told Avelin how i felt and she told me to get used to it, i really lost it and bellowed ," Get used to it? HOW? He's younger than us and will always be, i cant stand to see our juniors rot like this!"
I couldnt think of an ending...I just hope that kids nowadays could just lead a safer, happier, healthier, and a positive life style... Good night...=)
